それを未来や世界につないでいくために、プロジェクトが立ち上がりました。

◆ふろしき
活動の一つが、ふろしきの活用です。
一枚の布で、運んだり、贈ったり、守ったり、まとったりできます。
万博では、ショーや衣装としても、魅力をお伝えします。
また、一部は、市民の方から眠っているものを寄贈してもらいました。
DXによりストーリーや使い方などにアクセスすることもできます。
あなただけのふろしきに出会ってください。

◆アップサイクル
ほかの活動として、アップサイクルの推進があります。
眠っている資源を、価値をアップさせながらリユース・リサイクルする活動は、世代を超えて広がりつつあります。
福祉作業所の職人や、高齢者の丁寧な作業が活きる分野でもあります。
万博では、京都にゆかりのあるものを選び、ショーや衣装としても、魅力をお伝えします。
全て一点ものですので、あなただけの一つに出会ってください。

〇着物のアップサイクルによる制服（京都物産出品協会による「おこしやす　京の小路」にて店員が着用します）

本プロジェクトの一部は、内閣府総合科学技術・イノベーション会議の戦略的イノベーション創造プログラム（SIP)「サーキュラーエコノミーシステムの構築」（研究推進法人：独立行政法人環境再生保全機構）（JPJ012290）により実施するものである。

◆KYOTO textile project
The values ​​and wisdom of using things carefully are deeply rooted in Kyoto.

 ◆FUROSHIKI
One of the activities is the use of FUROSHIKI.
A single piece of cloth can be used to carry, give, protect, and wear.
At the EXPO2025, we will convey the appeal of FUROSHIKI as part of shows and costumes.
In addition, some FUROSHIKI were donated by local residents.
Digital transformation will allow you to access stories and how to use them.
Come and find your own FOROSHIKI.

◆UPCYCLING
Another activity is the promotion of Upcycling.
This activity of reusing and recycling dormant resources while increasing their value is spreading across generations.
This is also a field in which craftsmen at welfare associations and elderly people can thrive thanks to their careful work.
At the EXPO2025, items related to Kyoto will be selected to convey their appeal through shows and costumes.
