　地球環境ユースサミット2023開催おめでとうございます！
京都にて若者たちが次の1000年を考えるーこれは本気のプロジェクトだと思います。
SDGsを形骸化されたブランドではなく、本気の問いとして受け止め、
ぜひ深く切り込んで、若者から次の1000年という未来を創り出していってください。
今、地球や宇宙にはいろんなごみがあり、環境破壊があり、
多くのものが生まれ死んでいっています。
でも、ごみは新たないのちを宿すかもしれない。世界は循環している。
いろんなあり方が問われ直す今、多角的な目を持って、
皆さんなりの大きな一歩を踏み出し素敵な未来を築いてほしい。

Congratulations on the Earth Youth Summit 2023!
Young people all around the world, getting together in Kyoto
to consider the next 1000 years, how meaningful it is!
By accepting the SDGs as a serious question, not a token brand,
I hope you, young people, will go deep into it and create the future.
There is a lot of wasterubbish on the earth and in space today,
there is environmental destruction,
and many things are being born and dying at the same time.
But the wasterubbish may give birth to new life.
The world is in a cycle.
Now that various ways of being are being questioned again,
I hope that everyone will take a big step forward
and build a wonderful future with a multifaceted viewpoint.
I'm rooting for you!

音楽家・数学研究者・STEAM 教育者。
（株）steAm 代表取締役、（一社）steAm BAND代表理事、
大阪・関西万博テーマ事業プロデューサー、内閣府STEM Girls Ambassador。
国際数学オリンピック金メダリスト（日本人女性初）。
明治大学先端数理科学インスティテュート（MIMS）客員研究員。
東京大学大学院数理科学研究科特任研究員。
音楽数学教育と共にアート＆テクノロジーの研究も進める。

Sachiko Nakajima
Musician, mathematics researcher and STEAM educator.
She is also CEO of steAm, Inc.,the representative director of steAm BAND Association
and a thematic project producer of Expo 2025, Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
She also serves as a STEM Girls Ambassador, Cabinet Office,
and project researcher of Graduate School of Mathematical Sciences The University of Tokyo.
She won the gold medal as the first Japanese woman in the International Mathematical Olympiad.
She passionately conducts research on art and technology as well as music, mathematics, and education.
